Associate Banks of SBI Clerk Recruitment 2012 – sbi.co.in

State Bank Of India (SBI) issued a notification for the recruitment on Associate Banks of SBI for clerk posts.

There are total 7740 number of vacancies available. Needless to say that’s a huge number. The last date of the application for eligible candidates is 13 August,2012.

Minimum education qualification required to apply for the posts is 12th pass with at least 60% marks OR a graduation degree from any recognized university. It’s necessary that the candidate should be able to write and speak English fluently. The requirement is for various states across the country so knowledge in the local language will be an added advantage.

Candidates are allowed to apply for one Bank only and one should appear for written test in a centre from that particular state.

The payment scale for the job starts from Rs. 7,200 to Rs. 19,300.

The application Fee + intimation Charges for General category and OBC is Rs. 350 whereas the SC/ST/PWD/XS require to pay only intimation Charges which is Rs. 50.

Online registration of application form starts on 30, July and the last date to submit the form is 13 August. Dates of written examination is scheduled for 07 October, 2012 and 14 October, 2012.
