There has been a shocking announcement for the viewers that Mohnish Behl is quitting from the show ‘Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’. It’s reported that he quit the show because of some health reasons.
Sharad Kelkar replaced Mohnish Behl as Dr. Ashutosh, the male protagonist of the show. But even after the weeks of this change, this has not gone well with the viewers of KTLK. The ‘Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’ fans vented their grief and pleaded for him to get well soon. He should get enough rest, consult a real doctor, do anything else but not leave the show.
Other pleas have also been made to Sony head honchos urging on how they should work around the illness of Mohnish instead of doing a replacement. Some of the fans also had interesting solution of solving the whole problem, that the KTLK should also follow the American TV shows format, “MB is the soul of KTLK and without him, no more watching the show. It’s better to have a seasonal break to allow his recovery and then restart again. With the Sony TV still having several shows going on, they should continue to give those shows more time till Mohnish recovers, then they can start the ‘Kuch Toh Log Kahenge’ again.”
Most of the fans insisted that replacement for Mohnish by Sharad Kelkar was not a good decision. In fact, very few was in favor of that replacement those who says that it would be great to see Sharad Kelkar on TV after such a long time.

Everyone is claiming to love the chemistry with Mohnish Behl with Kritika Kamra to the extent that they can’t feel the shows presence upon the quitting of Mohnish. The story had reached to the point where Nidhi and Ashutosh are ready to disclose their intentions to her father of getting married when Mohnish Behl left. For those who may be new in the show, it would be better ending the series at this point rather than getting the lifeless part that would be featured with the replacement of Mohnish.

If you can recall, the same happenings had hit the show Zee’s Pavritra Rishta when Hiten Tejwani stepping in after the stepping out of Sushant Singh Rajput. The show too had a real chemistry banking on Sushant and real partner Ankita Lokhande, which slipped since then. From the latest of TAM, Pavitra Rishta now has 3.77 TRPs and rated ninth show in the Hindi generational entertainment channels. Though it still remains the Zee’s best, it will struggle to remain the top 10 across the Hindi channels. People still remains puzzled on the Sony’s decision on Mohnish Behl to push Kuch Toh Log Kahenge.

Actualy the show has lost its charm completely since past last month. There are just tears left. There is a lack of light moments. Mischief of KK is missing . Armaan and rohans intensional to unite the couple is not seen. Mallika and suhasini are the most evil character of the show.i just cannot stand these ladies. SK dose not justify the character, he lacks patience.no doubt he is a good actor but not suited to this role. MB and KK were the most suited to the role.
Ktlk’s fans r dieng to see monish behl back, after such respons of veiwers MB r quit. MB should come back himself after so many fans request.
Sharad kelkar is just a mediocre actor and does not fit the part of Dr Ashutosh at all there is zero chemistry btw him n kritika the show is now unwatchable totally

If it would have been a leap it is understandable . Quiting the show within 3-4 months was not taken well. I feel KK was looking quite good with MB.we still miss them together. the person who is performing the show now is the most worst actor I have ever seen…please recall Mohnish Behl again….
Dear Monish, at this age if I watched a serial it’s b’s of ur acting with such dignity. R u really cann’t do something to get back even at this stage. Or is it beyond one’s control over the production house. They really have committed a great blunder by not obliging to your terms & condition and making Shard a scapegoat. He must have accepted it for money. Otherwise nobody will agree to b in the shoe of someone else.. It is their loss as much as ours. Didn’t expect this from Rajan Shahi who claimed that his show ‘l be different from Sas Bahu serials which are meant for Commoners as they also need such serials. But don’t u think we educated connoisseurs deserve to see such serial where u ‘ve epitomized the character with such dignity and subtle aesthetic representation.After Dhoop Kinare, this is the only one serial which I watched and now no more entertainment serial like this. The impact which MB made on the viewers is very strong that is why we cannot see anybody else in the role of Dr aashoutosh. Nobody else could ever portray this project. Plz return on the show to make all the viewers and fans happy. When I watch SK I imagine how would MB deliver his dialogue . If not returning to the show plz reply so that we don’t waste our words.
I watch this show cause I am a diehard fan of dhoop kinare. This show was executed quite well better than DK.. Exit of MB made us quite depressed. SK is a good actor but not suited for this kind of role he is quite impatient while MB was patient. You tube is a good means of refreshing memories I watch the episode which i had enjoyed the most. I don’t Feel like watching SK new episode . We can just wait for his return to KTLK or just watch the show heartlessly.we still miss MB and KK Chemistry.

Yes. Even after so many weeks, sharad could not do justice to the character. You Tube is a good media for us to down load good episodes which we really enjoyed with Monish as Ashu and Nidhi. But for Alok nath, this serial wouldn’t have survived at all. To add more masala Director kut is spoiling Rohan’s beautiful friendship with Nidhi . Serials should depict good theme and spirit and not what’s happening with ordinary persons . Karan Vahi is mistaken to accept this thinking that he is there in every episode of the serial which he imagines he gives him space to show his acting talent. He looks stupid.
Armaans mom was too sweet in yesterday’s episode I think she is going to give a roller coaster ride to DB. Nidhi has returned to her originality. Opposite each other KK N SK are not comfortable. SK is trying to convince viewers but cannot succeed. MB N KK weather on the cell or in front of each other use to emote there feelings naturally. Hi DOC when said by MB was with whole heart. SK is not comfortable in speaking English. We still miss MB N KK togeather. Show is not just about the TRP. It is how the viewers admire the performers who portray the character with sincerity .
Its so frustrating that you can not find a solution to this mess- we can do nothing but vent our disappointment on forums which no one is paying any heed to. We also get abused by viewers who seem to be satisfied with all the rubbish being aired these days .Yestersay was too bad – how could SK wear that serwani for the whole episode – he looked like a clown !! Getting Rohan for his approval was very silly – If you are 40 + it does not mean you lose aesthetic sense !! I am glad AN did not get up to dance at the sangeet at least. They have really ruined a promising show. If Mohnish Behl HAD to leave they could have got a better actor than SK -maybe Sushant Singh, who had acted with Smriti Irani in a serial as a journalist. Maybe he too would have refused to act these illogical and idiotic episodes like Mohnish Behl. Now they need to remove any reference to Dhoop Kinare from the credits as that is very misleading -we would not be in this dilemma if Dk was not mentioned in the credits. The current viewers will not even care if it is like DK or not – they are OK with anything – beyond logic – are not looking for quality.
We cannot take more crap of SK it has gone beyond the saturation point.. The concept of the show from where it has started has been diminished. I feel sorry that a heartwarming love story has changed . SK seems to be quite flirtish types in yesterday’s episode. Being a 40+ mature person it dose not suit the character. MB is still perfect match for the show . KK N MB when togeather created the magic n essence to the show. By now MB would have been recovered from his pain, plz re-enter his character to the show .

We don’t like to watch KTLK since MB has left the show. MB please come back before the show becomes bakwas.
Finally a place to vent my feelings! So many negativities in this serial, after MB left it:
1. Irritating dialogue delivery and plastic smile of Kelkar. The only good thing about him is his voice. His face has just one impression even when he is sad/happy/angry/romantic and that is BLANK.
2. Story is going downfield! Do they have a new director now..?
3.Who designs their costumes? The clothes Nidhi and SK wearing these days…make u feel like puking. The choice of T-shirts (yes, the ones he wore on their honeymoon …Gosh.
FInally, the dignity with which Mohnish Behl had enacted Dr Ashutosh’s role is totally missing. SK is a misfit. But sadly not anything can be done about this.
Arman, on the other hand along with Baba are the saving grace, so are Anji-JI and her beau.
