The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will be declaring the CA Common Proficiency Test (CPT) Results 2012 on 18 19 July,2012. The result will be available on the official website of ICAI.
The Chartered Accountant (CA) CPT exam was conducted by ICAI on 17 June, 2012 and more than 17 Lakh people appeared for the extermination.
Candidates those who appeared in the exam can check the results by using their CPT Registration Number or the Bar Code PIN.

Chartered Accountant Common Proficiency Test (CA CPT)
The CPT exam is an entrance level examination to get the admission for Chartered Accountancy Course. Any 10th/SSC passed student can register to appear for the CA CPT course. The candidate should fill the registration form online and submit the requisite fee to take the exam. The examination fee is around Rs. 6,000 for the Indian residents.
In a recent announcement by ICAI, a person who has got higher qualification than 10th class with good marks not required to take the CPT exams to appear for CA. The criteria is the commerce students should be passed with 55 per cent and above, and for non-commerce graduates more than 60 per cent.

that i need not submit form 112. But since i had aldeary filled up form 112 (and also to be on the safer side) i told him to accept it which he did. I had asked the same query on e sahaayta and the answer was again negative. So i guess we do not need to submit form 112 again if we are pursuing the same course for which permission has aldeary been taken.

Since you joined on 22 Mar 2011. And 22 Mar 2012 has still not come. You are in first year tranniig.The full period that you did not attend office from Jan to Mar would be considered leave by rule it should be paid leave (but I guess in your case 109 is more priority than couple of months stipend).Since it seems you have obtained a job and not willing to continue articleship, I would suggest obtain 109 upto date prior to your joining employment and before the expiry of one year.This is because, if you keep your papers in order, and may be some months/year later, you think you want to do articleship again and want to be a CA, then you wont have problem in re-registration.

There is in reality no coepcnt of excess leave in first year eventhough ICAI calculates pro-rata.The form 109 does not mentions excess leave it only mentions leave.However, since you have raised such question, I would give an example:Suppose a student joins articleship on 1 Jan 2011 and takes transfer on 30 Dec 2011. He has taken leave of say 7 months during the year. In such case even though his leave is in excess (when calculated pro-rata), he would get transfer.However suppose, in the same above case he takes transfer say on 5 Jan 2012 then he is already past his first year of training. Eventhough his leave is in excess (7 months), he wont get transfer, because he has entered his second year of articleship.The period of one year is calculated as per Deed (102). It has nothing to do with what leave the student has actually taken

There is a rumour going on that you can give your final after your inter exam and then you can complete your alihcresitp period. ? Can you clarify on it..

What do you mean by mutual grodnus’ there is no such ground. However, if by that you mean mutual consent’ between you and your Principal, then that clause is presently redundant. As per normal correspondence practice, ICAI should send you reply to your letter but it does not. ICAI sends letter only when it requires further clarification else you wont get any reply. As for time, three four weeks is a reasonable time.
