IIIT Delhi 2012 B.Tech. Counselling Date and Schedule

IIIT Delhi 2012 B.Tech. counseling will be held on 6th July 2012 Friday at IIIT-Delhi Okhla Campus. There will be Morning and Evening Sessions. The candidates are requested to be present at 8.30 AM for the morning session and 1.30PM for the evening session.

Physical presence is must for Delhi candidates, however it is not mandatory for candidates outside Delhi.

Delhi Candidates

Those who are eligible for counselling has to be physically present. If  a candidate can’t able to attend due to medical reasons he/she or any other emergency, must be taken the explicit written permission from the Examination Controller. Attending the counselling is not a guarantee for the admission.

Outside Delhi Candidates

Those who are eligible for the counselling can attend the morning session with the necessary documents, even though it’s not mandatory.

Candidates who have been allotted the seats already can come for councelling and deposite the fee on the same day to secure the admission.

Those who are already allotted a seat but can’t attend the counselling are ensured to complete the following things before 5th July 2012 (3.00PM)

i. Deposit the money of Rs. 1,40,000  in the HDFC Account of IIIT.

ii. Email the scanned copy of XII mark sheet, AIEEE 2012 score card, category certificate, date of birth proof, proof of the money deposited to the ID - btech-admissions@iiitd.ac.in (Remember, everything will be verified against the original at the time admission and any discrepancy may results the disqualification and the entire fee loss.)
