Staff Selection Commission, Government of India will be conducting the written examination for Constable General Duty (GD) recruitment. The Admit card for the examination will be available on the website ssc.nic.in from 1st Week April 2013. Those who applied for the post can download the SSC Constable GD admit card 2013 then.
The SSC Constable GD written examination will be held on 12th May 2013. The results are expected to be released on the last week of September 2013.
After the written test candidates have to undergo a Physical Test before the final selection recruitment.
Earlier Staff Selection Commission published a notification to fill up 21,000 of constable (General Duty) vacancies. The last date submits the application was 11th Jan 2013. Lakhs of students applied for the post and everybody is waiting for the Admit card to be published now.
Admit card / Hall ticket is important to appear for the examination as without it candidates won’t be allowed to sit for the exam.
