Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) issued a notification for Village Administrative Officer also known as VAO vacancies. There are 1870 vacancies available for this post in Tamil Nadu state.
Eligible candidates can apply online from 9 July, 2012 and the last date for the application submission is 10 August, 2012. Applications are allow to submit only through online. The fee for the examination is Rs.125 which should be paid through bank or post office before 14 August, 2012.
Eligibility for TNPSC VAO Examination 2012
The general candidates eligibility age limit is minimum 21 years and maximum 30 years. The SC, ST, MBC/DC, BC, BCM and DW candidates must have minimum 21 years and the maximum age limit for them is 40 years.
The candidate should have the minimum education qualification of 10th/SSLC pass as on 09 July, 2012.
TNPSC VAO Examination
To qualify for the job as a VAO the candidate should achieve the cut-off marks in the examination and the cutoff mark is 90 out of 300. The selection process will be based on the performance in the examination.
