Forest Department, Government of Goa invited application for the post of Special Forest Guards from Wildlife Proximity Zone & Forest Talukas. The number of available vacancies to fill though this recruitment notification is 400. The recruitment will be under the “Scheme for round the clock protection of Forest and Wildlife treasures under Wildlife and Forest talukas in the State of Goa -2012”.
Candidates should be passed 10th or equivalent from recognized board to apply for the post. Knowledge of Konkani language is must and Marathi is desirable. The candidate must be a resident of Forerst Talukas in Goa for past 15 years to apply for the post.
The minimum age limit to apply for the post is 18 years and maximum is 42 years as on the last date of the application.
